  1. Which C++ to use?

  3. The version of MPW C++ in “MPW C++ PQR4” is experimental and is included only because it was necessary to support 32-bit everything.  If you are not using 32-bit everything, you should stick with “MPW C++ 3.1”.  “MPW C++ PQR4” is pre-alpha software.  If you’re not willing to use beta software, or even not willing not use alpha software, you shouldn’t use this.  It has not been tested very rigorously yet.
